Blueprint 4 Hollywood was born out of years of learning, studying and researching the Entertainment Industry and more specifically Hollywood. After observing opportunities being missed everyday simply because emerging and aspiring actors either don’t know, have never been taught or was sold on a dream and given the wrong information about how to succeed in Hollywood, we decided to create a system that is personalized based on a full assessment of where you are in your career, where you want to be and a plan to get there. It becomes an Actors Blueprint. We evaluate your headshot and resume, critique and/or help you select a monologue, determine your marketability and recommend the marketing tools needed to increase your visibility. We then utilize over 16 years of professional marketing and business management experience combined with relationships and resources in the business to get you in front of the best casting directors that will be instrumental in your success. We do all of this while continuing to educate you on the business side of the business of Hollywood. The process concludes with a detailed action plan that maps out the necessary steps it will take to increase your exposure while you continue learning your craft and working toward accomplishing the ultimate goal of becoming a professional Actor with a career and not just a job. Thomas has an extensive background in the development of marketing and sales strategies, and is known for her talent of taking average Public Relation strategies beyond the expectancy of clients. Her participation and planning involvement in community events and the urban market has allowed her to build relationships and work with community and organizational leaders, political icons, national campaigns, and professional organizations. As an innovator, Thomas is responsible for creating the Y-Tie, a patented necktie that requires no tying. This unique invention garnered Thomas the highly coveted 1998 award for New Product of the Year by the Apparel Industry Board, National Small Business Entrepreneur Award, Madam C.J. Walker Spirit Award and extensive recognition in national publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, Essence Magazine and Black Enterprise. Thomas recently collaborated with Miguel A.
